King of the Mountain Bike Race - 2004

|
On Sunday, October 3, 2004 Habitat for Humanity of Clearfield County held the "King of the Mountain" bike race. The race began at the Lawrence Township Fire Company No. 1 on Mill Road. The participants would ride west on Route 322 to the top of Rockton Mountain. They would climb 1000 feet in the five mile race to the summit. The above photo shows a rider crossing the finish line. |
